3" x 3" oil Oh I am SOOOOO behind on this 30 in 30 challenge. Is it a good enough excuse that I've been sick? I don't think so. Oh well, I managed to get three little ones done today and what fun.....shoes!! Kirker Pass 3" x 3", oil I took this photo last summer near my house. This is one of my tiny ones. I love doing these little gems once in a while. People seem to get a kick out of them. Rio Vista 8" x 8", oil on panel $95 We took a little family field trip to the Delta yesterday. The wind was howling, which made it miserable to be outside but blew all of the crap out of the air so the sky and water were brilliant. Uncle David's Visit
8" x 10", oil on canvas $95 This is #10, a photo I took a long time ago when my daughter was little. We had driven up to the top of Mt. Diablo in the spring. This is the color of this hills, usually, in the winter and spring here. Oh for some rain!! Kaya
Oil on panel, 8" x 10" $150 Wow, I can't believe how fast this one came together. This is my brother's puppy, Kaya. One of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. She even posed so nicely for this!! I'm really, really happy with the result!! My daughter told me I should add to this site that I take commissions, so here it is! Lottie's Window
oil on panel, 6" x 6" $65 Yikes! I didn't paint for 2 days, so now I am in catch-up mode. This one is of a window display in downtown Walnut Creek. There is a great ice cream shop there that has the most beautiful and simple window. Also the best ice cream (e.g. bailey's and toffee) and coffee (Blue Bottle). I will be painting like mad this weekend, hopefully i will get more posted soon!! |
