My daughter is really into dance.  She didn't like ballet when she first started taking dance lessons at age 3, so we switched her to "combo dance" and then jazz. But this year at 12 she is back in ballet and can't get enough of it. So ballet shoes have been on my mind. They are so elegant and mysterious to me. (How DO they dance on their toes like that?) And especially ones that have been lovingly worn out. What do you think?
